Who we are
Chang’s Dynasty, LLC d/b/a Peppermint Hippo Las Vegas, together with its affiliate PHLV, LLC d/b/a Peppermint Hippo (“Peppermint Hippo,” “we,” “us”), operates an adult entertainment venue at 1531 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89104. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected for our two text message programs: Guest Texts and Club Flow Operational Alerts.
What we collect
Guest Texts: when you book online we collect your name, mobile number, the night and time, the number of guests, the package you chose, any note you add, and whether you ticked the offers box. The booking page asks for your date of birth to confirm you are 21 or older; that date is checked in your browser and is not sent to us or stored.
Operational Alerts: the mobile phone number that texted JOIN, the keyword and the time it arrived (and later any STOP or HELP). We match that number to the employee, manager or registered affiliate it belongs to in our own records so the right alerts reach the right person.
How we use it
Guest Texts: to text you the pass and reminders for the reservation you made, and, only if you ticked the offers box, offers and events from the venue, at most four a month.
Operational Alerts: operational, non-marketing messages related to your work with the venue: schedule and shift notices, operational alerts, payout and check-in notifications, and access or verification codes. We do not send promotional texts through this program.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. We use Twilio Inc. solely as our message-delivery provider; Twilio processes numbers only to deliver messages on our behalf.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us using the details below. Numbers that opt out are suppressed immediately.
Retention and security
Booking records and consent flags are kept for as long as needed to run the reservation and to show consent, and are stored in access-controlled systems. Operational Alerts consent is kept for as long as the person participates in the program.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.
